My room door had issues with a lock and could not be fixed the same day. You push the door slightly, and it opens itself. no drinking water was available in the room either.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage after checkout. My room was nice and neat. The main lobby area had a nice open space to relax in.

Everytime someone closed a door on the same floor I could hear it very LOUD. I could feel the vibration when lying in the bed. It seems the walls are quite slim.

The staff members spoke multiple languages and switched between them seamlessly. There is a locker available for rent for luggage storage after checkout. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient.

The location is close to the city center, the beach, and a metro station! The metro station is barely a two-minute walk. The hotel is also only a ten-minute walk to the beach.

The breakfast selection had a good variety. The location was convenient. It was near the metro station. THE staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

The room was quite small, I found it cramped. Water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor, this was annoying. The windows did not fully close.

i found the staff very friendly and efficient. check-in was fast, and the rooms are cleaned daily. i liked the rooftop pool and bar a lot. they provide big towels there.

i think the breakfast could have more variety. it's a bit limited if you stay several days.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro. I easily stored my luggage before check-in. My room was very clean and it had a very comfortable bed. Staff also helped me call a taxi.

The room could have used a small refrigerator (for storing drinks).
